The road transport of natural gas is an indispensable strategic option in the event of:

• Interruption of the methane gas pipeline due to maintenance or damage.
• Provisional gas supply to users awaiting connection to the mains.

Fornovo Gas has years of experience in the road transport of methane, and today is highly specialised in the transport of medium and high pressure methane. Our fleet of vehicles includes conventional 200 Bar gas bottle delivery trucks and a number of new, 65 Bar tanker trucks.

With these tanker trucks, both the filling (either directly from the methane pipeline or from automotive methane refuelling stations) and delivery of gas at industrial and civil facilities may be carried out without blast walls.

This capability, which is in compliance with fire prevention law is a result of the technological characteristics that guarantee the safety of our new tanker trucks. With its qualified fleet of vehicles, Fornovo Gas can deliver natural gas anywhere in Italy.
