From the very start of our business we have taken the decision to gear our work towards customer satisfaction, opening ourselves up to the sharing of ideas and making our "no frontier" approach an essential part of the company’s operating philosophy.

That is why our Sales Department, made up of qualified Area Managers who are being constantly trained, pays the utmost attention to listening and understanding the needs of each individual customer so as to be able to translate them into effective solutions.

That is why our Design, Research and Development Department is constantly checking all areas of possible product improvement which constantly developing technology can produce, trying out their development over time in the stations we own and involving the suppliers in this process as well.

That is why our Production Department applies quality control protocols to 100% of the components prior to assembly, assembling them in-house using our own staff, and testing each individual product with methane gas at contractual conditions and not using alternative gas products.

That is why our Installation and Maintenance Department follows every single step of the plant’s research, design, installation and certification stages in order to guarantee a truly efficient back-up and maintenance service.

That is why our choice of national and international Partners provides for an examination of their technical abilities but also a specific assessment of the attitudes of the partner, which must turn out to be in line with Fornovo Gas’ mission.
