All our products are contained within a plant which, overall, has to provide the customer with the expected, agreed services. To this end, we in Fornovo Gas supplement the supply of our products with an approach which thoroughly covers each stage of the relationship with the customer who, at all times, can count on the ability and support of qualified staff able to provide a true turnkey service.

PRE-SALE

In the pre-sale stage we provide consultancy services, whether feasibility studies or more technical studies such as sizings or positionings, in order that our customer may take decisions based on accurate analyses and may submit all requests for authorisation required to install the plant to the appropriate bodies.

INSTALLATION

This is the stage involving undertaking all those technical activities required to get the plant operating: the positioning of equipment, electrical, electronic and feed line connections and gas delivery.

START UP AND TRAINING

At this stage we guarantee plant start up support and the training of operators who will have to use the systems at best over time and carry out ordinary maintenance, with awareness.

POST SALES SERVICE

Even when a plant becomes operational, we provide our customers with every type of service: from undertaking periodic maintenance coupons to correcting breakdowns thanks to all spare parts being constantly updated and available.
